We used the Metric Stewardship Clinic templates to assign owners for fourteen KPIs. The weekly changelog ritual is the part that actually stuck; chart polish came later.

Feedback from Process Pulse Studio and related programs—mixed lengths, mixed formats, including reservations where they belong.

Process Pulse Studio’s exception narrative drills were sharper than expected. I wanted more time on mobile layouts for floor supervisors.

“Signal Mapping Lab helped our logistics control tower spot trailer dwell earlier. The Melaka facilitators were direct when our data grain was wrong.”

Short take: Cycle Time Visualization Path made WIP aging visible on our shared services queue. Not flashy—just harder to ignore.

Exception Narrative Workshop gave our shift leads a shared language for spikes. We still need IT help for timestamp quality, which they flagged early.
Platform review · February cohort
Honestly, the first week felt slow until Module 2 forced calculation notes into the open. After that, stakeholder debates got shorter because the dictionary existed.

Case study
A finance shared-services team enrolled six analysts in Floor Circle pricing for Process Pulse Studio. Before the cohort, their “aging” chart averaged invoices across three products and hid a 12-day stall in one vendor path.
After Module 3, they split views by product and added an exception narrative template for stalls over eight days. Within six weeks of go-live, managers stopped requesting a separate Friday spreadsheet for that vendor path. Limitation noted by the team: overnight extract jobs still delay morning freshness by about 90 minutes.
Case study
A packaging supervisor and a plant analyst completed Signal Mapping Lab together. They wired a leading signal for adhesive refill delays into a compact board reviewed at shift change.
Scrap related to late refill dropped after operators could see the signal beside throughput—not because the chart was prettier, but because the refill task finally had an owner on the board. The pair later joined Metric Stewardship Clinic to keep the signal from drifting after a line upgrade.
